Ilingual Call Center Agent (Part-Time)

What You'll Do:

- Schedule dental appointments for patients
- Assist patients with questions and information
- Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone
- Ensure a positive patient experience

Qualifications & Skills:

- English proficiency: B2 level or higher
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service oriented
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
