WFM Coordinator On site job

Overview
-Guarantee the WFM process.
-Carry out the planning processes of the operation and ensure that the entire WFM process is fully carried out by the centrals in charge, so that all the metrics required by the client are fulfilled in the most cost-effective way possible and considering the restrictions or policies of the business.
-Support and give visibility to the Operational Director in the fulfillment of contractual metrics that apply to WFM and staffing.

Education and Specific Training
-Mandatory: Active University Student from 3rd semester onwards.
-Desirable careers: Engineering, Statistics or Economics and other related.
-Desirable: Knowledge in programming languages. (SQL)
-Advanced English Proficiency (85%)
-Understanding the WFM process.
-Demonstrated skills in all phases of Workforce intraday planning, forecasting and performance.
