What's needed?
- University graduated
- QA Coordinator experience at least for 1 year IS A MUST
- Call center experiencie (is a must for at least 3 years in the industry)
- Advanced English level (B2 - C1 - C2)
- Availability to manage and lead staff team members
- Strong time management
- Green Belt in Six Sigma, is required
- Advanced computer and reporting skills
