Job Duties:
- Some prior virtual assistant or administrative assistant experience
- Email and calendar management.
- Answering phones and managing service requests
- Service ticket tirage, time and resource management and quality assurance.
- Supporting management of both technology company and real estate business
- Sourcing, dispatching, and managing vendors.
- Customer service and client relations
- Assisting in hiring, sourcing, and onboarding new employees
- Various other administrative duties as deemed necessary by management
