A technology solutions Company integrator founded in 1996 provide single-source IT services and phone systems is looking for a virtual assistent.

- Good English
- Highly organized, detail oriented, ability to multi-task and think outside of the box.
- Hardworking, fast paced, and dynamic self-starter.
- Technology savvy/some prior experience working with technology companies/real estate preferred.


Responsabilities:
- Some prior virtual assistant or administrative assistant experience
- Email and calendar management.
- Answering phones and managing service requests
- Service ticket tirage, time and resource management and quality assurance.
- Supporting management of both technology company and real estate business
- Sourcing, dispatching, and managing vendors.
- Customer service and client relations
- Assisting in hiring, sourcing, and onboarding new employees
- Various other administrative duties as deemed necessary by management

College student or Highschool.
- Monday thru Friday 8 to 5 (Eastern Time) subject to change.
