Qualifications and Experience Level:
- Native English
- 2+ years experience working in a development role
- Robust interpersonal skills
- A familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & amp; Other Characteristics:
- Demonstrated ability in business-to-business (B2B) sales
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Problem-solving skills to propose mutually beneficial solutions
- Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Cold calling and Follow up with Clients
- Performs analysis and reports results of various program impacts for identified customer(s) notifying: success, issues, and future growth plan strategies.
- Responsible for the execution of the strategic customer growth plans and business relationships in assigned account(s) by providing value added solutions
- Identify and research potential clients
- Negotiate contract terms with clients
- Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
- Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
- Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
- Network with investors and and other business partners to generate new leads
- Track and report on the status of proposal components
- Conduct ongoing market research
- Work with the pricing department to create rate proposals
- Drive the end-to-end sales process
- Prepare and submit sales contracts
- Provide training and mentoring to members of the business development team
