Outbound Sales Representative
We are looking to hire an experienced Sales Representative to join our team, supporting a U.S.-based client specializing in family law. The ideal candidate is empathetic, highly professional, and an excellent listener. They are not simply looking to hit quotas; they are driven by the desire to gently guide someone in crisis toward the right legal support. They balance the firmness of a sales professional with the compassion of a counselor, ensuring the client feels heard and respected from the very first contact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate contact with potential clients via phone calls.
- Actively listen to prospects to understand their unique family situation and legal needs.
- Conduct initial screenings to ensure the case aligns with the firm's specific practice areas.
- Gather essential, confidential client data during intake with sensitivity and accuracy.
- Schedule and coordinate initial discovery meetings for attorneys.
- Maintain and update all sensitive client communications and data within the CRM system.
- Meet targets for outreach volume and the scheduling of qualified consultations.
Qualifications
- Excellent English comprehension ? written and verbal
- Must have proven success in a sales or client-facing role.
- Requires exceptional listening and empathetic communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented for handling confidential client information.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic legal terminology is preferred.
