We're looking for a highly analytical, ambitious and entrepreneurial Junior CFO / CFO Assistant to work directly with senior management and support the financial strategy, reporting, planning and operations of a rapidly growing blockchain and FinTech company. This is an opportunity to develop into a future CFO with hands-on exposure to corporate finance, accounting, fundraising, treasury, budgeting, financial modeling and digital assets.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

-Financial Planning & Analysis: Monthly reporting & dashboards, Budgeting, forecasting & cash flow, Financial models & scenario analysis, Revenue, cost & profitability analysis KPI tracking & management reporting
- Treasury & Cash Management Monitor cash & liquidity Banking relationships & payments Track fiat & digital assets
- Treasury & reconciliations: Crypto transactions & wallets Financial controls & approvals
- Accounting & Reporting: Coordinate accountants & auditors Review financial statements AP / AR oversight Bank & wallet reconciliations Month-end & year-end closing
- Corporate Finance & Fundraising: Investor reporting & financial models Fundraising support Investment & acquisition analysis Valuation & due diligence Board financial reporting
- Blockchain / Digital Assets : Understand blockchain business models Track token-related financial activity Analyze token economics & treasury Reconcile on-chain/off-chain activity Support digital-asset reporting

YOUR MISSION

Work directly with the CFO/CEO to build a world-class financial function that provides accurate financial information, strong controls and the analysis needed for better business decisions. Gain exposure to finance, accounting, treasury, fundraising, investors, strategy and digital assets with a path toward senior finance leadership.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field 2?5 years in finance, accounting, investment banking, FP&A, audit or similar Strong Excel / Google Sheets & financial modeling Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills, High attention to detail Strong understanding of financial statements, Excellent communication & organization, Entrepreneurial mindset & ownership, Interest in Blockchain, Crypto, FinTech & Tokenization

EXPERIENCE WITH
Excel, Financial Modeling FP&A , Accounting, Cash Flow, Valuation PowerPoint, ERP/Accounting Systems, Banking, Crypto/Digital Assets

Investment banking, Big Four, private equity, venture capital, FinTech or blockchain experience is a strong plus.
