Job Duck is a virtual staffing company that matches candidates to work from home for a single U.S.-based business, usually a law firm.



Virtual receptionists are the first point of contact for clients, vendors, suppliers, and couriers. Receptionists are responsible for greeting, welcoming, and directing clients via phone or email. In addition to answering phones and taking messages, they sort and distribute emails and calls. Applying here is just the first step in our multiple-stage application process.





Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:



- Answering and routing phone calls as necessary.

- Assisting with various administrative tasks, including faxing and making travel plans.

- Scheduling and confirming appointments

- Maintain event calendars.

- Filing and maintaining electronic documents and records.

- Handle incoming and outgoing emails.



To be considered for this opportunity, you should have the following:

- Customer-focused communication skills

- At least 9 months of related experience.

- Advanced or native-level English skills (written and spoken).

- Strong organizational skills.

- Attention to detail.

- Phone etiquette.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Good time management skills.

- Your own reliable and updated PC, a headset, and good internet speed (at least 30mb/s).
