What you will do in this role

As a Retention Representative on our team, you will:

Review customer requests and expectations and respond to them according to their needs and situations

Manage multichannel interactions to ensure a consistent customer experience

Develop your skills and learn how to use software solutions that improve people?s lives

Champion better brand experiences for our customers and clients

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

Are proficient or bilingual in Spanish and English
Are proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
Can work rotating and weekend shifts.
Work on-site availability (Concentrix Salvador del Mundo)
High School Diploma (MINED)

It will be a plus if you:

Have previous experience in Customer Service or Sales
