Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, IT Support, Technical Support, or similar roles.
- Experience managing and documenting support tickets or service requests.
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
- Advanced English proficiency (90% or higher, both spoken and written).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Stable internet connection.
