Here is what we require:
-Advanced English Level (85% above)
-GDS Knowledge (AMADEUS, TRAVELPORT, GALILEO, SABRE etc.) is a MUST (6 month)!
-Availability to work on site (Concentrix Santa Elena)
-Schedule Flexibility.
-Call Center Experience required (3 months)
-Customer Service experience is always a plus but not a must.
-High School Diploma (MINED)
