As the Business Process and Operational Specialist, you will play a critical role in keeping daily
operations organized and efficient. You will provide administrative support, assist with scheduling,
document management, and communication, and help ensure smooth workflows across teams. Your
contributions will improve efficiency, organization, and team productivity by handling key tasks that
support management and operations.
This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and an excellent communicator,
capable of juggling multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone communications with professionalism.
- Create and send legal agreements
- Organize and maintain files, records, and business documents.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications as needed.
- Support day-to-day office operations, ensuring workflows remain efficient.
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and clients as necessary.
- Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
- Help implement organizational tools and systems to improve office operations.
- Ensure effective communication flow between departments.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Self-motivated with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong ability to handle multiple tasks while staying highly organized.
- Experience in administrative or executive assistant roles.
- Familiarity with task management tools (Clickup Asana, Trello, Monday.com, etc.).
- Previous experience supporting HR, finance, or operations teams is a plus.
