Candidate Profile
Required
- Based in El Salvador with the ability to work remotely on a stable, professional setup.
- Working knowledge of Spanish, English, and French. Other languages are a plus.
- Valid United States visa permitting business travel to New York City.
- Availability to travel to New York twice per year for 3 to 4 days per trip.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow through.
- Discretion and professionalism appropriate to a high net worth, international clientele.
- Proficiency with modern productivity tools such as Gmail, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, calendar, and task management platforms.
Education and Background
- Studies or background in hotel management, client relationships, marketing, business, or related fields.
- Basic general knowledge of accounting fundamentals and of investments.
- All backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Most of the day to day knowledge will be learned on the job.
Preferred
- Prior experience in business, hospitality, luxury services, or client relationships.
- Comfort with light financial reporting such as reconciliations, owner statements, or accounts receivable tracking
