To work in collaboration with Product Managers, Senior Engineers, Delivery Teams, and Subject Matter Experts, we?re looking for 2 UX Designers to work our LCPtracker Pro (V3) software product.
Core Skills:
§ Wireframing and Prototyping: Creating wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and highfidelity mockups to visualize and test design concepts.
§ Interaction Design: Designing interactive elements and user flows for web and mobile web to ensure seamless user experiences.
§ Visual Design: Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and understanding of visual design principles such as typography, color theory, and layout.
§ Information Architecture: Organizing and structuring content in a way that is intuitive and user-friendly.
§ Customer Data: Handling customer and user data in compliance with Government Agency policies and regulations (e.g. Information Security and Privacy requirements).
§ Usability Testing: Planning and conducting usability tests to identify and resolve user experience issues.
§ Web Accessibility: Working with WCAG 2.2 AA compliance standards and formulating user experiences which align with these requirements.
§ Agile Methodologies: Working within agile frameworks to collaborate with cross-functional teams and iterate on designs based on feedback.
§ Communication Skills: Effectively communicating design decisions and rationale to
Product Leadership and team members.
Relevant Experiences
§ 3-5 years of experience with software user experience design
§ Bachelor?s degree in business, technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
§ B2B Product Design: Experience designing for B2B products, understanding the unique needs and challenges of business users who must follow Government compliance processes.
§ Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with two or more product managers and delivery teams to align on product goals and deliverables.
§ Data-Driven Design: Using analytics and user feedback to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
§ Project Management: Managing design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. Experience with leading design sessions and workshops is preferred.
§ Continuous Learning: Staying updated with the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
