Senior Business Executive

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

- Identify and prospect potential clients in Central American countries
- Develop sales strategies based on the needs of the client.
- Present detailed proposals and quotes, highlighting the added value of services.
- Guarantee the closure of commercial businesses, establishing long-term relationships.
- Negotiate rates with suppliers and shipping companies to obtain the best conditions.
- Analyze the market and the competition to identify new opportunities for improvement.
- Manage customer requiries and develop new business opportunities.
- Solve problems and logistical contingencies.
- Maintain proactive communication with customers about the status of their shipments.
- Manage complaints and claims, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with the customs legislation corresponding to each country.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, Customs Engineering or related careers.
- Advanced English (non-negotiable).
- Own vehicle (non-negotiable).
- At least 5 years in sales, operations and customer service in international logistics.
- Knowledge of import, export processes and customs legislation in Central America (El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras).
- Negotiation, sales, and objection handling skills.
- Customer service orientation and skills to build trusting relationships.
- Traveling availability.

SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm. Saturdays from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm.
