You are a strong performance marketer with a DTC background building cross channel acquisition funnels that perform. You have a deep understanding of the end-to-end components required to develop a strong brand, design high conversion acquisition channels, nurture leads and build exceptional guest experiences. You are purpose driven and want to make a difference in thew world. Antiresort owns an experiential beachfront resort, day club and retreat center in El Salvador that is rated as the #1 resort in El Salvador by Trip Advisor. We are on a mission to create life changing experiences for guests and show the magic of El Salvador.

You would be a key member of the executive leadership team. Your contributions in the development of the brand, business models and expansion of resorts would be essential to the evolution of the organization. Your ability to both innovate strategic direction and execute are paramount and much consideration will be given to your track record.

Primary Focus
Lead the marketing and sales team (4 direct reports, 15 downline)
Manage paid media for and meta ($20k/month)
Innovate and execute on strategic marketing and sales objectives.
Optimize top to bottom funnel for conversion.
Optimize SEO strategy to accelerate organic traffic.
Roll-out GTM for 2 new line extensions.
Optimize nurturing campaigns of leads and past guests.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years leading marketing & sales department in DTC space
Minimum 5 years as a performance marketer in DTC space
Strong digital marketing background
Strong data analytics background
Strong leadership skills.
Strong project management skills.
Preferred experience in hotel space, but not required
C1 spoken and written English.
All Accompanying Focus
Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing & communications plans for new product launches, sales campaigns
Create, implement and manage paid media campaigns on Meta and FB for $20k a month.
Inspire and create effective, consistent communications, appropriate for the marketing collateral depending on medium, and target audiences, in alignment with the vision and mission of the team, department and division
Continue to strengthen the brand?s unique and compelling image, personality, and voice to build relevance and equity among target consumer audiences
Develop strong marketing strategies including digital, social media, out-of-home, direct mail, and traditional marketing tactics
Manage execution of all marketing campaigns and empower team members to own areas of expertise
Manage any outside contractors or specialists to ensure effectiveness and that outlayed goals are met and ROI is inherent
Establish a best-in-class social, digital and web presence that drives consumer awareness, engagement, affinity and purchase
Drive experience-oriented strategies to help tell the brand story to our audience by developing and maintaining a rich and comprehensive brand narrative, voice, look and feel, including brand guidelines
Lead the creation of new names and positioning for products so that our brand architecture is clear and provides competitive differentiation.
Ensure that the company?s websites improve image, drive customer engagement and sales
As the overall brand steward, ensure all team members have a deep understanding of brand
Develop and implement a cohesive and integrated marketing plan to increase brand awareness
Build relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies
Monitor all marketing campaigns and improve them when necessary
Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly
Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the CEO
Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth
Provide guidance and ideas to organize effective marketing events
Track competitors? activities and closely monitoring competitors? successes and failures and learning from them
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and yearly budgets, and allocate resources appropriately.
Conduct market research and implement new strategies based on findings
Monitor industry trends and schedule meetings to share new information with the team.
Lead and manage direct reports to achieve overall objectives; hire, performance manage, career develop, coach and train team members
Set daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets, and implement various incentives to ensure they are achieved.
