Job Title: Data Engineer ? DataOps ETL

Job Description: Responsible for leveraging your expertise in both data engineering and analysis and design of architecture for Datawarehousing and Analytics models solutions to build and maintain processes focuses to generate Datamarts and products specialized to take decisions and enrich the quality and use of different data models to the departments across the company. You will design and implement efficient pipelines or workloads, ensuring get the appropriate data for build and improve the datawarehouse in general.

Responsibilities:

- Check performance and correct execution of all workloads and pipelines to import data from different sources with guarantee all the developing is accurate with the needs of the final user.
- Create new processes to ingest and process data in multiple formats and estimate times to developing the data models and logic to release the best option.
- Build and manage databases to get the best performance in queries and procedures in all the process to generate the final products.
- Create the new schemas, domains and segmentation to have the information organized, hence, the security and alignment with the data governance is required.
- Support Business Innovation and Analytics team with get new data sources to build new analysis and other evaluation tools, propose new structures or different approach to solve issues or scenarios.
- Normalize the current database and generate a new model to planning the migration for other solution and how all the workloads will be managed.

Background and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role, with at least 1 year focused on data modeling or normalizing datasources into analytics format.
- At least 2 years of experience in MS SQL Server (Oracle and other databases could be a plus).
- Proven experience in designing and implementing data models and manage databases processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Mid-high-level use of Microsoft Office software.
- 100% bilingual English-Spanish.
