Call Center Agent
Job Description
We are looking for Call Center Agents with at least 1 year of proven experience to provide professional and efficient phone-based customer service, ensuring compliance with company processes and a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and/or outbound calls according to the assigned service
Provide clear and accurate information to customers
Properly record customer interactions in the company systems
Follow scripts, procedures, and internal policies
Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally
Meet productivity and quality targets
Maintain a courteous and service-oriented attitude
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center environment
Experience in customer service, sales, collections, or phone support
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and digital tools
Good typing and written communication skills
Clear verbal communication skills
