Process Analyst Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Process Analyst with experience in Quality Assurance (QA) to join our team. The Process Analyst will be responsible for analyzing software development processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and software quality. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, a background in process optimization within software environments, and familiarity with international standards and best practices such as SOC II and ITIL.

Responsibilities:

? Analyze software development processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
? Design, develop, and implement new processes aimed at improving efficiency, productivity, and software quality.
? Conduct data analysis to detect trends, patterns, and performance insights related to software development activities.
? Collaborate closely with software development, QA, and project management teams to ensure process alignment and continuous improvement.
? Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, and training materials to ensure consistency and compliance.
? Monitor and measure process performance through established metrics and KPIs, providing recommendations for enhancement.
? Perform internal process audits to ensure compliance with standards such as SOC II and ITIL frameworks.
? Lead process improvement initiatives, supporting teams in the adoption of best practices and standardized procedures.
? Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure process adherence and understanding.
? Stay current with industry trends, process improvement methodologies, and software quality assurance standards.


Qualifications:

? Bachelor?s degree in Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
? At least 3 years of experience in process analysis and quality assurance within a software development environment.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex systems and recommend practical solutions.
? Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum 85% proficiency).
? Experience in process improvement methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma.
? Knowledge of quality assurance principles, tools, and techniques specific to software development.
? Experience implementing and maintaining compliance with frameworks such as SOC II and ITIL.
? Proficiency in software development and testing tools, including JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr.
? Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile practices.
? Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
? Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with multidisciplinary teams.
? Strong attention to detail, process orientation, and commitment to continuous improvement.
