Marketing Administrative Assistant Full Time Remote
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Customer Service
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and record detailed meeting notes.
Prepare documents for clients, vendors, and contractors, including occasional copywriting.
Compile weekly and monthly data into clear, organized digital reports.
Project Management
Maintain project documentation and communicate with subcontractors to ensure schedule compliance.
Track and manage client service hours on a weekly and monthly basis.
Organize and log subcontractor invoices into our digital tracking system.
Coordinate web development tasks: relay instructions to programmers, oversee progress, and update clients' websites for basic SEO.
Data Analysis & Internet Marketing
Inspect website link data to identify marketing opportunities for clients.
Conduct data mining activities and check websites for duplicate content.
Help build and update client websites by creating new pages, sourcing stock photography, and implementing adjustments based on client feedback.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor?s Degree (preferred) or High School Diploma/equivalent with relevant experience.
Language: Advanced/Fluent written and verbal English (essential for client and team communication).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, and Google Docs.
Marketing Knowledge: Intermediate understanding of digital marketing principles.
Core Competencies: Meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and advanced internet research skills.
