A technology and financial services company is seeking a senior professional with proven
experience in strategic marketing and corporate positioning within digital asset environments
to join our team as Head of Web3 & Blockchain Marketing.

- Position Title: Head of Web3 & Blockchain Marketing
- Department: Strategic Marketing and Corporate Communications
- Location: San Salvador, El Salvador (remote or hybrid arrangement subject to
operational requirements)

- Contract Type: Fixed-term or permanent, subject to evaluation

Key Responsibilities

- Define the global corporate positioning strategy of the organization within the digital
assets and blockchain technology sector.
- Develop and maintain the institutional communications framework, ensuring
consistency in corporate messaging across internal and external stakeholders.
- Design and oversee the organization?s presence across key digital and Web3-native
platforms, including professional networks, social media channels, and decentralized
community ecosystems such as LinkedIn, X, Telegram, Discord, YouTube, and
Reddit.
- Lead external communications strategy, including engagement with media outlets,
specialized agencies, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Coordinate communications related to corporate initiatives in blockchain
infrastructure, real-world asset (RWA) tokenization, and digital financial technology
solutions.
- Ensure alignment between marketing, product, legal and compliance, and business
development functions.
- Oversee performance analysis of marketing and communications initiatives, ensuring
continuous optimization based on business and positioning metrics.


Required Profile

- Experience: Minimum 3?5 years in senior roles in strategic marketing, corporate
communications, or growth leadership within fintech, blockchain, digital assets, or
financial technology services.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of blockchain infrastructure, real
world asset (RWA) tokenization, digital business models, and regulated financial
technology environments.
- Core Competencies: Ability to structure complex narratives into clear, consistent
messaging tailored to institutional, regulatory, and digital audiences.
- Languages: Fluent Spanish and English (mandatory requirement).
- Work Environment: Experience in international organizations, regulated
environments, or high-compliance operational settings.
Preferred Experience
- Participation in real-world asset (RWA) tokenization projects or institutional
blockchain infrastructure initiatives.
