Here is what we require:
-Advanced English Level (85% above)
-BPO Experience (6 months) + GDS Knowledge (Amadeus, Sabre, etc.) is a MOST!
-Availability to work on site (Concentrix Santa Elena)
-Schedule Flexibility.
-Customer Service experience is always a plus but not a must.
-High School Diploma (MINED)
-Work on-site availability (Concentrix Santa Elena).
