Requirements:
- Bachelor?s degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1?2 years of experience in customer service, travel & tourism, or service industries.
- Strong administrative and documentation management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process visa applications and supporting documents.
- Assist applicants through in-person, email, and phone inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records and data entry in operational systems.
- Coordinate document and passport handling processes.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and service standards.
