- Proficiency in digital tools (word processors, spreadsheets, presentations, email, internet)
- Experience with online teaching platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Native or proficient level of English
- Minimum Bachelor?s degree (BA in English preferred)
- Previous experience in EFL/ESL teaching is a plus
Additional Requirements:
- Candidates must complete an English proficiency assessment and attend training prior to hiring
- International applicants must provide a valid residence ID and work permit in El Salvador
