Medical Services Scheduler
This is a Fully bilingual position
Summary of Function:
This entry level position works closely with clients, applicants, vendors, and company members to provide professional level customer service to include scheduling and data entry of
medical services and occupational health services appointments, including drug screens,
physicals, and fitness for duty examinations. This position may be required to review and data enter testing results. This position reports to the Medical Services Supervisor.
Examples of Work Performed:
- Contact candidates, schedule, and prepare authorizations for assigned medical services
- Communicate scheduled appointment times to candidates and clients
- Data entry of appointment schedules in assigned databases
- Compose and type routine correspondence.
- File and maintain all records and paperwork related to scheduled appointments
- Enter drug screen and other results from the laboratory, clinic or physician as assigned.
- other duties as assigned
Requirements:
o Young university student
o Computer skills including word processing, data-entry, typing, spreadsheets, databases, faxing, and e-mail management.
o Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
o Advanced knowledge of computer software (Outlook, Word, Excel) Advanced computer skills and internet usage
o Fully bilingual.
