Procurement Negotiation Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience supporting competitive end-to-end procurement processes, including developing requests for proposals and solicitation documents, supporting evaluations, and documenting procurement recommendations for machinery, inventory spare parts, maintenance services, and administrative support.
- Oversee and coordinate corporate procurement activities for goods, services, and consulting engagements, with emphasis on machinery, inventory spare parts, maintenance, and administrative support.
- Provide technical guidance and day-to-day supervision to other employees, including task assignment, workload planning, review of outputs, and coaching to ensure timely delivery and service continuity.
- Lead, conduct, and support end-to-end procurement and contract management for complex or higher-risk cases (RFPs, evaluations, contract drafting, negotiations, administration) related to machinery, inventory spare parts, maintenance, and administrative support, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and appropriate documentation of procurement actions.
- Review and validate supplier analyses, including cost and non-price evaluations, to support sound procurement decisions for machinery, spare parts, and maintenance-related tenders.
- Assess and manage risks related to procurement activities, including vendor and integrity risks, and propose mitigation measures.
- Oversee the collection, quality assurance, visualization, and strategic utilization of procurement data and documentation to support informed decision-making, enhance reporting and transparency, increase operational efficiency, and drive process improvements, while encouraging a culture that values data analytics.
- Act as a trusted advisor and senior point of contact for clients, fostering collaboration and providing solution-oriented strategic advice.
- Oversee the deployment of AI tools to streamline procurement activities and enhance due diligence.
- Experienced in contract drafting and negotiating, ensuring legal compliance in cross-border transactions (reviewing commercial contracts, including NDAs, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Master Service Agreements (MSAs))

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Required)
- Minimum 2 years as a Corporate Procurement Analyst (Required)
- Experience negotiating with suppliers (required)

o FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods)
