Purpose of the role:
Provide high-quality bilingual (English and Spanish) customer service and support to clients and prospects, ensuring compliance with company standards and applicable insurance industry regulations in the United States.

Responsibilities include:
- Answer incoming and outgoing calls from customers in English and Spanish.
- Provide basic information about insurance products and services (e.g. auto, home and business).
- Provide quotes and follow up on leads.
- Record all interactions in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex cases or those requiring additional validation to the IPA supervisor.
- Comply with privacy, quality and compliance procedures.
- Maintain constant communication with the IPA team to coordinate sales or renewals.
- Participate in periodic training on products, service techniques and system updates.
Requirements:
- English speaker
- Required: one year's experience in customer service or sales in a dynamic environment.
- Essential qualities include clear communication skills, empathy, and a focus on results.
- Basic knowledge of CRM platforms and digital collaboration tools is required.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts.
- Ability to meet goals.
